I do not know why he would give us a neutral. We paid in full even though he was 3 weeks late on the shipment and asked Me and two of my customers for Gas money. Completely unethical. He also called our customer at 1am in the morning wanting to deliver at that time. I wish him luck but this shipper need to be professional.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Shipper Booked and never showed up. Phone has been off for over 30 days. Never communicated with me once, just disappeared. Nice.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time No show for 3 appointments they made to pick up my shipment. The day before the last appointment, they CANCEL on me. My customer has been waiting all week for this. This went on over a 3 week period.
