There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved Customer didnt read shipment delivery times which clearly stated October 15 pickup and delivery last week in October Can be seen by all on shipment listing It had nothing to do with us not being able to deliver We were more than able to deliver the items Just need to clarify that this is not any fault of KC MOVERS
