The disappointment we have with Marcus cannot be overstated. He will say I threatened to call police, correct! My furniture was a month late. Drivers were disappearing. Wondered if missing or stolen. Marcus is arrogant, will have an excuse and blame you every time. On delivery he brought up the wrong table and used my 70 year old neighbor to carry up wrong table 7 flights and then down. His truck is packed like a hoarder's from top to bottom, cancellations for delivery dates at least 5X

Queue Godfrey voice... Ah yes, let us study the anatomy of a Furniture Karen. We come across this tomfoolery every 75 shipments or so. Mm yes, Irrational fear, unfounded privilege, fragility, implicit bias. Instead of gracefully handling disappointment an attempt to weaponize the police was the best play. Maybe the police would savage the brigands or silence their ‘arrogance’ with batons. Nice try Jane but alas services on the elevator to your penthouse were rendered. Foolery! Shame I say!
