The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Did not show. Did not respond to texts. Phone calls. Emails from me and USHIP. Left me without a shipper for a. Ali for now to Florida transport of table and chairs. He just disappears. He was so communicative and then nothing. No courtesy call. Nothing. Left us all hanging.

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved I did not do the proper insurance so need to rebook with same shipper at the proper insurance rate. I called USHIP and this is what I was told to do. I will rebook same shipper at same price but with proper insurance.

I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period I need this delivery done today and the shipper is not answering calls or responding to texts. The shipment needs to be picked up and brought a distance and he is not answering to tell me when or if he is coming and when he can deliver, even though he said in the questions and answers he could do it today. I cannot wait as I have to be assured this is delivered today. I have called multiple times and texted. No communication.
