I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period Total no show. Total lack of communication. The provider was supposed to pick up by 8/20. I have emailed, text messaged and called him numerous times. I finally called USHIP for support. They reached out to the shipper twice and still no response. Please refund my money. I would also appreciate the opportunity to provide feedback. Thank you Susie

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Hello, Unfortunately, just heard from the customer that she cannot accommodate the shipping dates. The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time The carrier missed the pickup/promised delivery, then pushed out the pickup till mid November. I need to this cancelled and another carrier to take over.
