A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved I arrived at the pickup location, items were larger than listed and required more space, planned on returning but was stuck waiting in LA due to the saddle bridge fire, had to attend to other deliveries and customer could not wait for the next available date.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time I booked with the shipper, made contact with him and he gave an estimated pick up. Then, I never heard from him. He then called at 9pm on Friday night and was trying to find where to pick it up. I had advised him upon booking that he would need to stay in touch with me as I was out of town over the weekend. He claimed to have called several times, etc. I did not have any calls from him other than the one late Friday night. So, I asked him to provide a screenshot of when he called. He coul
