mike is a first class man to deal with thou we was a day behind from a bad ice storm that hit us and put us to him really late at night he still meet took the late night drop which was more then kind of him to do i was in a really bad rush over the ice , cold and rain loading and unloading stupid me left his key on and ran the batteryu down ya mike was a little upset but still being the first class man he was under stood accidents happen mike again thanks and im really sorry have a nice one

Jim is a stand-up guy. He delivered my bike well within the timeframe given. I like the enclosed trailer for protection. There were a couple of rough spots. Because of the foul weather, the drop off time was extremely late. But, the team helped as much as possible. The battery was dead (switch left on), but they helped me get the bike secured. Jim offered to pay for anything needed to fix it. No real problem. I'm satisfied with the service. Overall, a good experience. I will be using him again.
