Spectacular. Such a wonderful and easy person to work with. We had a few hiccups with pickup (our fault) and the driver stayed flexible, helpful, and communicative. The goods were transported safely and looked great on arrival (he sent a photo to show delivery). I look forward to using this service provider again.

I no longer need my item(s) shipped Our warehouse released the freight to the wrong carrier, so when RR showed up to pick this up, it was gone. This freight accidentally went across the country which we had to get shipped back. It was a mess, but it has nothing to do with RR, who was communicative and great through the whole mix-up.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time The provider was not doing Airport pickups on Dec 31, which I did not realize on booking. So, we needed to hire a courier to do the delivery.

Don't use for any critical services - they have suspended their time-sensitive guarantee, so even though uship has them listed as having a guaranteed rate, they DO NOT offer guaranteed services right now. Very difficult company to work with.
