I no longer need my item(s) shipped The other Frontline shipment I have booked at present should remain, and has been picked up. This one we needed, at the last minute, to move to a faster carrier.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved The shipper has this at the wrong location and Dohrn can no longer pick this up.

Excellent job. I know I can always rely on PittOhio to pick up and deliver on time when my shipments are in their service area. Great company.

Be careful of YRC. You WILL have to dispute at least one item on your invoice. Their systematic method of tacking on additional charges borders on fraud. We are now retrieving surveillance footage showing actual measured pallet dimensions and that the trucker did NOT come inside for pickup. We do not have to do this for our other carriers and shouldn't have to do it for this one. BE AWARE!

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved They were unable to guarantee pickup when I needed until after I had made alternative arrangements already. Great company, and great provider - I just needed to do what I could to get this moving today.

He was super communicative through the pickup and delivery process, did the pickup and drop earlier than promised, and came through for me at a moment during which an unexpected family emergency happened.
