I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period Tried to contact provider a couple of times but got nowhere. Now I need to explain this to my customer and find a new carrier. This looks bad on me. I've been using Uship for many years and the one thing that is a big red flag for me is no communication. I understand that unforeseen circumstances come up and I'm always happy to work with a carrier to accommodate whatever comes up but I can't if they don't communicate. Now it's time to cancel and move on and hope my customer doesn't lose trust in
