The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time This service provider did not show on a couple of occasions over the past 2 weeks to pick up and has been difficult to communicate with. As a business owner I can not afford to take any more chances with this shipper and need to find another one ASAP who will actually get the job done. I have used Uship to ship my antique furniture all over the USA for a number of years now and know from experience that once a shipper starts doing this it is a slippery slope and I have lost sales because of it.

We never agreed on a time bc Seller never responded to text messages or voicemails to confirm her pickup time. Once the day had passed she finally texts back and says why I didn’t show up. I went by a second time to get it. Even tho this shipment was only for 167 dollars going over a 1k miles away. The piece wouldn’t fit and at that point I didn’t want to waste anymore of my time or money for something that wasn’t profitable.
