The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time after accepting the delivery he changed the date 30 minutes before pickup time and changed it to wednesday."Which was fine"
Since he changed the date, I asked him if he would contact the client and confirm the date change with her and they could schedule the time frame etc.
He said he would. Found out at the end of the day that he never did after saying he would. He said he tried and then got busy. Client waited all day.
After contacting him again he said he would contact her again ab
