A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved In an attempt 2 to satisfy our customers shipping needs we agree 2 late night early morning pick up. At pickup attempt was a way to communicate to no avail. Final attempt to accept pickup customer refused. Also an attempt was made to circumvent uShip system as I do not feel comfortable working with this shipper anymore

pickup scheduled at 10;00 Pm .Asked for an eta at 10:25 pm. was told 1 .5 hrs out. Ok he will be here at 12:00 pm. at 1 :30 am still not here . asked "whats going on" responds . 40 miles out. At 3;30 am still not here. Told my husband to come to bed. At 5:30 am I get a call and text to come and pick up.
He was never going to get my pieces there in time.
He said he fell asleep.
I lost a big sale and a customer because of this shipper.
