A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved We have tried to work with this customer, but he is simply unreasonable and demanding, and, extremely rude. We are at the mercy of our customers, and when they have a delay, that delay is passed along to everyone. In addition, he didn't want to pay for a crate for this dog, and we reluctantly agreed. That, combined with a double snowstorm forecast in our path, I didn't want a strange dog uncrated in my van, stuck somewhere because of a snowstorm. We are within the timeframe originally bid. Response from Rozell B.: This delivery company obviously has communiication problems ..I called delivery person 2x before I got a call back..but before that they called the breeder before they called me .wait a mintue I thought I paid for the service....lol....they then canceled my first pick didn't tell me they once again called the breeder she had to tell me..so we then agreed on a secound delivery date ...guess what another cancellation and once again I had to hear it from the breeder not the delivery company..

What can I say perfect transaction.
And I can tell he's pet lover even dog was all around him .
Communication was on top 24/7 we was text messaging he was worry about puppy make shure puppy get food and how is puppy doing
