A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved We have tried to work with this customer, but he is simply unreasonable and demanding, and, extremely rude. We are at the mercy of our customers, and when they have a delay, that delay is passed along to everyone. In addition, he didn't want to pay for a crate for this dog, and we reluctantly agreed. That, combined with a double snowstorm forecast in our path, I didn't want a strange dog uncrated in my van, stuck somewhere because of a snowstorm. We are within the timeframe originally bid.

This delivery company obviously has communiication problems ..I called delivery person 2x before I got a call back..but before that they called the breeder before they called me .wait a mintue I thought I paid for the service....lol....they then canceled my first pick didn't tell me they once again called the breeder she had to tell me..so we then agreed on a secound delivery date ...guess what another cancellation and once again I had to hear it from the breeder not the delivery company..

What can I say perfect transaction. And I can tell he's pet lover even dog was all around him . Communication was on top 24/7 we was text messaging he was worry about puppy make shure puppy get food and how is puppy doing prompt payment plus tips. Thanks god bless

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this service provider Communication,cusomer service was terrible..I did not get an call the first day after I left 2 messages instead he called the breeder..I was then told the pick up would be done Friday the 10th I later received a call from the breeder not driver that my shipment was going to be delayed because of another appointment adding merchandise t their deliver..the 2nd attemp which is today Saturday 11th I received another call still from the breeder not the driver that because of the same issue their will

We are in the business of transporting numerous shipments for numerous clients at a time, and we are at the mercy of 2 things, the delays of our customers, and weather. This specific customer was slighted because we called the breeder before we called him, and we had a good reason. Then, we were towing a boat with numerous problems, and we were delayed. Finally, we were headed into a snowstorm, and he didn't want his dog in a crate, and I didn't think it fair to be stuck in snow with a new dog.
