I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period I accepted Mitchell's bid to transport our valuable sofa based off his many great ratings. However he has failed to communicate past an initial phone call. I spoke with him Friday, he was supposed to call Monday and pickup Monday or Tuesday, its end of day Wednesday. I cannot get him to respond by phone or text. This sofa is going to a high profile designer client with an installation deadline, and now I have to reschedule. SO unprofessional.
