I have not been able to contact the customer after a reasonable period of time. I have tried numerous times to contact customer to pick up the load and have gotton no response, so I am unable to pick up now as I have another load schedule to pick up. Customer said would contact me last night 1/14 with address to pick up and never did. have tried three times this morning to get a response and the customer has not done so.

Shipper was ok up until delivery. At delivery Rasheed sent a photo and immediately began pressing me for payment, I told him I needed to confirm receipt with my customer first. When the customer was taking a while to respond, against my better judgement I released payment. 10 mins later my customer sent me a photo of a drawer severely damaged. Turns out the picture Rasheed sent was at an angle so not to see the damage. I sent Rasheed pictures & called many times, NEVER got response.
