A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved

Customer could not reach me in a reasonable period of time I have confirmed with customer multiple times that I would be able to make the delivery dates as noted on the shipment itself. I am currently in route to California and the reason I had not replied to the confirmation email he had sent is to make the dates I am currently driving and as we all know it is 100% against the law for me to type or text while driving. I was planning on responding to this customers confirmation request in which I had already done before he had even excepted my offer, so
