The customer no longer needed the item(s) shipped No problems here. In this case the buyer canceled, so, no fault on the shipper or on my end as the transporter. Tomas was great to work with, I hope to work with him again in the future.

I no longer need my item(s) shipped The carrier communicated well; we were just not able to ship the item due to the customer asking to delay the shipment for a month. I appreciate the carrier's flexibility.
