I can't say enough about Richard's commitment to our agreement. The marina where his boat was to be delivered was destroyed by Hurricane Ike. He selected another marina further down the Texas coast, only to find that we couldn't get permits to complete the move. We ended up adding 800 miles to the trip, and Richard took care of the extra mileage AND bought me dinner with his family to boot upon delivery in Corpus Christie. This is why I like what I do for a living. Real people, real life...

Mark is a very trustworthy and professional individual. Hurricane Ike presented many obstacles to delivery, but Mark stayed in constant contact and worked through many issues to deliver the boat to a destination that was accessible and safe after the hurricane. He had to drive an extra 800+ miles over the original plan due to Texas DOT response to hurricane. I appreciate Mark's dedication to providing a successful outcome.
