Bill has been a phenomenal person to work with. His communication was always timely and thorough. Additionally, he was very careful with my goods. They arrived well packaged and free of damage. I would also like to mention Bill went well beyond the call-of-duty when a snafu occurred with Paypal. He stepped up and helped me get my shipment even when it meant jeopardizing his schedule. I very highly recommend Bill for any shipping needs you might have. He's is better than the rest.

Very good customer - we made sure the shipment was a go even with pay - pal trying to delay payment as they normally do -! we stepped in and helped secure- what was owed on this item --- and made it happen -! we dont normally do this but this was a situation that needed help - and - saved this shipment for the costomer -- all worked out perfect - customer very thankful --- and we will transport for any time -if needed - Thanks -- S.E.T.
