I did not show up at agreed upon date and time This service provider was a complete nightmare from the start. She was unprofessional, misrepresented her company/services, and did not follow through with shipping our item. We emailed and called several times to get a solid pickup date and time but Nicole would not give us a real answer. She was vague and then totally stopped answering our emails and calls. It is now 24 hours before the agreed delivery date and the dresser is still sitting in our warehouse. We have reported Nicole and her

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this service provider Kevin was great and communicated with us but with the severe weather/ rain coming we feel our item will not transport safely and stay dry in the back bed of a pickup truck.
