A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved I was stuck in north California for the storms and didn’t want to get caught in Denver snow. sorry my safety and safety of my equipment caused a inconvenience to you. My history speaks for my excellent services. Don’t try to discredit my company because of things that are out of my control and your upset.

This is an outright lie. You told me you could be in Denver for a 4 pm appointment by 5 pm when they closed. I have all the texts to prove this, lying is what you have been doing the entire time. You lied about when you would pick it up, you lied about where you were and you cost me over $200 in excess storage fees because of your time management. I have all the documentation, texts, and receipts to back this up. You should NOT be in business, shame on you!

Nelson did a great job! Excellent communication whenever I used direct texting. I was NOT in a rush so I had no timeline expectations outside that it would be inside a 2 week window. Will definitely use him again if I can.
