Donald was excellent at picking up the phone any time I called and great about texting and overall communication. Upon delivery, he misplaced my key but was 100% trying to get a locksmith to come over and resolve and solve the missing key. The bike is not registered so I suggested we deal with it on Monday and avoid "Weekend emergency fees". He finished his deliveries and found it cleaning out his truck, mailed it UPS express and I had it the next day. Great commitment to service, recommend!

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment This is absolute bullshit. No contact since he accepted the bid, I reached out several times, translated English to Spanish and when I sent a picture of the Moped he was supposed to pick up he responded. He told me that we was going to pick up the bike, then told me he had his truck stolen. That was clearly a lie (look at his recent feedback) and I am asking HOW is he still allowed to represent Uship? This guy should be held accountable to some standard.

Picked up and delivered the next day, less than 24 hours. Tristan was always on time when he said he was going to pick up and drop off, easy to communicate with. I will definitely look to use again!

The service provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services The server failed to show up last week upon the agreed time, I paid for four more days of storage as he said that he could pick the motorcycle up Monday or Tuesday. He tells me Wednesday the following week that he is unable to make it due to the weather. I called Copart and they were open and had no adverse weather, this guy lied to me for weeks, replied only when he felt he needed the basic information and I ended up paying what will now be north of 215 dollars extra in storage fees to Copar

Nelson did a great job! Excellent communication whenever I used direct texting. I was NOT in a rush so I had no timeline expectations outside that it would be inside a 2 week window. Will definitely use him again if I can.
