A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Emailed client asking if they open on Sundays. Client assumed I was picking up Sunday. After clarifying, I stated by text that I may possibly be able to p/u Monday AM however never confirmed. Monday around 11am, my phone rings & I answer. Immediately the client verbally attacks me & claimed I promised to p/u Monday AM & says theyve been waiting since 8am. I explain it was never confirmed but apologize for any misunderstanding. Client continued to verbally assault me then hung up. Then cancelled.

Armstrong shipping did a great job taking care of the piece that it was hired to deliver making sure it was properly blanket wrapped and securely placed in van. At times, communication was difficult with the shipper, but pickup and delivery was still very timely
