A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Due to traffic my driver cannot pick up by time set by business and we will not be able to stay until the morning.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this customer Customer DID NOT SHOW for an agreed upon and scheduled pickup...I just received a text calling me "a nut" and accusing me of something I didn't do. I emailed and asked if we could reschedule and asked for a better phone number so this doesn't happen again, and of course, no response. Communication was anemic at best before he forgot about the pickup, but miraculously, the phone calls, texts, and emails are now non stop with name calling and false accusations. I have not been able to contact the customer after a reasonable period of time. After speaking over 10 days ago there has been no further communication or reply to emails.
