We use CT all the time and generally have a good experience. HOWEVER, this shipment sat at their terminal for 3 weeks!!!!!!!
A full month after it was picked up from our facility, we hired another carrier to complete the delivery. We paid an additional $200 because these folks couldn't do the job we paid them to do. AND, they refused to provide any type of credit or goodwill. SUPER DISAPPOINTED !!!

The $50.00 fee for calling prior to delivery is excessive. However, they did follow instructions and pickup and delivery were on-time.
