We used Old Dominion a few times to ship product without issue. However, when we had a return, they slapped a $65. residential fee on top of the quoted price. Our warehouse happens to be on the same 7 acre property as a residential home. So even though we have a fork lift and load/unload using commercial equipment, no waiting, etc., they try to add this charge...which by the way is more than 50% of the quoted rate.
