Most importantly our items made it there safe and quickly. There were issues with commutation. Hour before closing: they would not make it on scheduled pickup day. Showed up to wrong address. Delivery was set for Friday and they showed Thursday. Customer could not to be home. Told customer they did not have a delivery address. Instruction were not followed. No signed paperwork. Probably great for point to point delivery. If a business and need extra service there maybe better options. Response from Castillodeleon: Thank you, God bless your business.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Beware! Read this carriers most current reviews. They are accurate of his service. He did not show up on two agreed pickup dates. He had different excuses each time. We had to reach out every time for updates. He would not give pickup windows. The last day of pickup we had to reach out to him to find out he was having issues. He never reported any problems to us, or delays unless reached out to. Service like this really hurts businesses.

We had to reach out every time to get an update. He never reached out to let us know about delays unless reached out to first. Service was great and very professional. The driver was a bit confused that the delivery could not be made until a certain date, but he did accommodate and made it work. They kept great care of our items. Receiving end customer was very happy. I would love to work with this company again.

While I understand that this company had vehicle issues the lack of communication caused us many issues. uShip had to step in serval times to just get them to respond to the receiving customer. Text from receiving customer were completely ignored, and it took us prying to get information from this carrier. All we needed was an expected delivery date to make our customer feel more comfortable about the situation. Sadly that was very hard to get.

Jason was great to work with. We had a few delays on pickup, because of one of the carriers other shipments, but Jason reached out to both our customer and us and kept us informed. Very professional and took good care of our items.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time While I totally understand the carrier is sick, the fact that no contact was made really puts us in a bind. We agreed to push out pickup date to make this work for the carrier when booked. We informed our customer of pickup dates and delivery dates which now cannot be met. We tried to reach out several times with no luck. We were not told about these details until inside the pickup window and two days before promised delivery which leaves us with limited options.
