One of the nicest carries I have met on here. Customer was super thrilled with the service. Kept in contact with us and the customer, and reached out to introduce himself right after we booked. Super professional and kind. Would highly recommend!

Carrier was over booked, and shipment would not fit on original pickup. Some of this may have been due to his van breaking down and having to rent another van. That being said carrier hired help to load it on a return trip, as we could not be available. He made everything right with us, and that is what matters. Our customer was pleased, and still got the items in a timely manner. I would gladly use again. It is rare that a carrier makes things right when it does not work out.

We did have some issues with pickup being after hours and the drivers time line getting pushed back. That being said the carrier made things right. He took very good care of the items and the receiving end customer was very pleased with the service. Carrier wraps items very well, and did ask for input on best way to transport goods. Even with the pickup issues, we would gladly use again.

Most importantly our items made it there safe and quickly. There were issues with commutation. Hour before closing: they would not make it on scheduled pickup day. Showed up to wrong address. Delivery was set for Friday and they showed Thursday. Customer could not to be home. Told customer they did not have a delivery address. Instruction were not followed. No signed paperwork. Probably great for point to point delivery. If a business and need extra service there maybe better options.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Beware! Read this carriers most current reviews. They are accurate of his service. He did not show up on two agreed pickup dates. He had different excuses each time. We had to reach out every time for updates. He would not give pickup windows. The last day of pickup we had to reach out to him to find out he was having issues. He never reported any problems to us, or delays unless reached out to. Service like this really hurts businesses.

We had to reach out every time to get an update. He never reached out to let us know about delays unless reached out to first. Read his most current reviews they seem to be where his business is heading. Hopefully uShip sees these trends with this account and steps in so future businesses don't suffer from his actions.

Service was great and very professional. The driver was a bit confused that the delivery could not be made until a certain date, but he did accommodate and made it work. They kept great care of our items. Receiving end customer was very happy. I would love to work with this company again.

While I understand that this company had vehicle issues the lack of communication caused us many issues. uShip had to step in serval times to just get them to respond to the receiving customer. Text from receiving customer were completely ignored, and it took us prying to get information from this carrier. All we needed was an expected delivery date to make our customer feel more comfortable about the situation. Sadly that was very hard to get.
