A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Client wants to purchase insurance. So I have to cancel and rebook. This was NOT the shippers fault.

I booked this company because they told me they would pick up next day. That did not happen. Lots of delays. Then, 2 chairs arrived to my client broken. The company would give me cash for repairs, which doesn't help since the pieces are custom painted. Or they would only return the chairs to me. I have the chairs now and will have to repair them at my expense and return them to my client at my expense. Not a good company for a custom painter.
