EXTREMELY long process. It was picked up prior to the COVID shutdown. The shipper stopped moving, which I completely understood. The shipper told me too many times that the piece would be delivered and too many times they missed the timeline. The item was picked up in early March, my client just received the piece on June 10th. They did answer me back, but they didn't make the initiative to keep me updated. I did get uship involved. The only positive, the piece arrived as it left.

I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period The shipper was prompt in communicating right after the booking. But now, I don't feel like I'm getting an answer. He has yet to set up a pick up time with me and I'm uncertain how he will handle delivery with my client.
