Steve and his crew did a good job. Steve was very good about keeping in touch over the phone with updates regarding pick up and delivery times as there were lots of winter storms going on during the move of my piano from St. Louis to Houston. His crew was courteous and efficient with my parents on the pick up end and with me during delivery. Since my baby grand piano was going up a flight of stairs to the second floor, Steve even arranged for local help to meet his regular crew.
