I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period The shipping provider accepted my offer for a shipment. I called and Lauren at the contact number didn't know her boyfriend had booked a shipment. Since then I haven't received any calls or e-mails and my calls and e-mails aren't answered. I don't have contact info for the boyfriend or I would call him to see if he intends to provide shipping service. I'd like to cancel and book with a different shipping provider.

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment The Central Transport driver arrived but our 126"Lx36"Wx88"H crate was in his opinion too tall to safely transport without a way to strap it to the wall of the trailer so it wouldn't fall over. He had picked up this same size crate from us previously but today his trailer was a short single axle trailer and he said they only have wall straps on the long 48' trailers he used to pick up from us with previously. I called Central Transport customer service and the dispatcher in this area said they d

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time After I e-mailed, called, and texted the provider I never received any kind of communication response. The pickup time and delivery time have been missed. I contacted customer service who sent a message and there was no response to customer service's message either. I'm very disappointed.

Wow what can I say. He had a huge trailer, tons of tie down equipment, very professional. Oh and he communicated with the receiver and was able to work out a delivery two days earlier than previously arrange. Ohio to Kansas next day delivery. Mike is a great provider I'd hire him again for sure.

Loading too a long time because we had to re-arrange things so they would fit. They mentioned they had to drop off equipment in Michigan before delivering our equipment before 4pm the next day in Tazewell TN. They didn't make it. They also didn't make it the next day even though they asked my customer to be available to unload them that day. My customer unloaded their truck at 8:45 on a Sunday morning. There was a snow storm in Michigan and they hit a deer somewhere along the way causing delays.
