I typed the zip code wrong. I had to cancel since I already booked it, fix the zip, then made a new shipment with the correct zip. R&L picked it up the same day. I'm very happy with their shipping services.

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Thank you for trying to get here and the detailed updates on each of the issues that arose along the way that ultimately led to cancelling the pickup. Luckily my customer receiving this item is very understanding and not in a hurry to get it. I hope the mechanical issues get resolved and weather isn't a problem in your future shipments.

Derrick picked up and delivered on time with lots of communication. He hauled the equipment from Ohio to California. He ran into a snow storm which delayed him 7 hours but those things happen on such a long trip. I'd definitely ship with him again!
