We've tried to call to explain the issue we were having. Company picked up the phone but refused to hear our concerns - someone screamed twice at my husband: "do not call this number!" (we never understood why that happened).

My shipment was time-sensitive. I inquired Phillip about his canceled reviews. He said in those cases he dealt with things beyond his control, and guaranteed my job would be done in time. Long story short that, if my piece wasn’t picked up immediately, I could potentially face the cancelation of a $2,000 sale. But I gave these guys a shot, and don't regret it. Philip and his team are rock stars; they nailed the job and my client is as happy as a clam! I hands down recommend Royal Shipping.

Jessica is absolutely amazing! Let me start by saying that I'm obsessed by animals (my pets are/were my children). I've used Jessica's transportation services to help a friend with a chihuahua rescue. Everything went perfect from beginning to end.
