We've tried to call to explain the issue we were having. Company picked up the phone but refused to hear our concerns - someone screamed twice at my husband: "do not call this number!" (we never understood why that happened).

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment I just received a call from provider saying he is not able to pick up my items.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Carrier was unable to make the pick up - an attempt was made but business location for the pick up was already closed. Carrier also agrees on cancelling this transaction.

The best! Stanley couldn't do a better job packing my chairs with blankets and extra plastic around them. He got to home late at night because I couldn't accommodate another day for the delivery. Spectacular service in every level. All stars for Stanley :) More than recommended!
