VERY nice man who cares about horses. Gene took excellent care of Piper and kept me informed every step of the way. She got off the trailer as fresh as a daisy! You would have never thought she was on a trailer for 7 hours!!! GREAT job and I WILL use him again in a heart beat!!! Plus, you want to talk about FAST turnaround? I posted the need to get her home on Friday morning, 30 minutes later things were done and she was home the next day! Talk about customer service! Gene is awesome! Thanks!!!
