great communication, fast pick up and delivery ,

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time First pick up date I had to call to find out he would not be able to pick up for another 5 days. Never heard back again , left message, no response. 2nd pick up day came and went.

Communication in the beginning was not great, they did not call us when to expect pick up and that it was a Tractor Trailer. Driver Adam was great, patient, worked it all out.

Very poor communication. Ruined our holiday plans, had to wait all day. I had to keep calling for updates.

Poor communication? I called all throughout the morning and evening saying it was going to be longer due to holiday traffic and a bad pile up in Jacksonville you kept getting upset saying sooner would be nice if I could i can't move cars. you have got to take to take into consideration holiday traffic coming into florida and every other state I passed through.. no times were acceptable but the times you had.. I've NEVER had a issue with delivery times other than this weekend look at my ratings!
