The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Did not pick up items as arranged, nor notify us that he was not going to because they were business locations not open on the weekends. 2 weeks later after texts calls and emails find out this. He should have canceled immediately so we could have rebooked.

I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period we have called, texted, and emailed several times today to get an eta. with no response. WE would have loved for this to go out, but cannot wait any longer the rains are moving in and we are off a dirt road.
It is 4pm, have not heard back from you since early this morning. You were expected about 2....not even a phone call to keep us informed. For all our safety we are closing due to the hurricane coming, it is already raining and getting windy here. we will cancel the shipment at 4;30pm.
