My business, Grant Pack-N-Ship, has been in the packaging and shipping business since 2007. We are based in Ripon, Wisconsin, and we service anywhere in the continental US. WOW! Ted was awesome. Communication was excellent. Delivery right when promised. Ted wrapped the piano with blankets and shrink wrap! He made a special "cart" to hold the piano in his truck. I didn't realized when I booked this how important hiring the right person was as I'm not experienced with setting up pianos, I knew I had made the right decision upon seeing Ted in action. Thank you again!

Ted is a great shipper. Very professional and punctual. His price was very reasonable, but I would say this. Even if you find someone cheaper, you need to consider the professionalism of someone like Ted. You can save $50 on a $500 shipment, but then have no shows and cancellations, and simply deal with jerks. Ted keeps in contact, is honest about what he does, and treats customers time as valuable. I am a motorcycle dealer and have dealt with lots of transporters, Ted's one of the good ones!

Yamaha dt100e bike shipped without any problems. Ted went above and beyond in communication and expert handling of bike. Came when he said he would and delivered bike when he said he would.
