Ein nicht zu lösender Terminkonflikt ist aufgetreten We had scheduled to transport this shipment and were unable to do so at the dates agreed upon do to a family emergency. We tried to reschedule for the follow week and the shipper was not satisfied even though it would be delivered before the date specified on uship. We also offered 1/2 off on the shipment for the inconvenience and new health papers but was still unable to resolve the shipment with the shipper.

crosscountryk9 was a no show no call.when contact was made they said would deliver following weekend then change dates again.health certificate would be expired by date that they want to deliver(not agreed upon date)said would transport without health certificate across state lines(ilegal)nick started yelling and screaming at me.very unprofessional.hung up on him screaming,he then continues calling and screaming and argueing with me.DO NOT USE THEM! requesting they be banned from uship
