I have not been able to contact the customer after a reasonable period of time. The shipper never awnser the phone and one time they did they said items are not ready to be picked up it will be a few days and they will call let us know but never received a call as well as there was no contact number for the reciever as she claiming that she was never told that we are having a hard time getting in touch

I had many issues with this shipper. He cost me $2000 in losses because he smoked around the product for two days in spite of being instructed not to, He also damaged another item and would not return the missing piece to fix it. To top it off, he expected payments but only revealed after receiving that pieces were damaged and did not offer restitution in spite of saying he had cargo insurance. Also delivered in the middle of the night and sent pornographic photos.
