I had many issues with this shipper. He cost me $2000 in losses because he smoked around the product for two days in spite of being instructed not to, He also damaged another item and would not return the missing piece to fix it. To top it off, he expected payments but only revealed after receiving that pieces were damaged and did not offer restitution in spite of saying he had cargo insurance. Also delivered in the middle of the night and sent pornographic photos.
