In the future, don’t book shipments that you quote saying you can pickup in 2 days then have the customer call you every other day asking for an update only to keep telling them another two days or someone else is going to do it and then it doesn’t .

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Pickup location contacted me and said the mover couldn't fit in their vehicle .. And I specifically asked them prior to booking if it could fit and they said yes ... So not only am I upset that they never contacted me after this didn't fit ... I've text them and they haven't got back to me ... But now the buyer at drop off location isn't going to want to wait for a new shipper after all the delays oh and they also changed the pick up date after was supposed to be picked up last Wednesday .. I h

Item measurements were misrepresented by shipper and item grossly larger than stated on uship. Change of dates were agreed upon by shipper and carrier. We were trying to call shipper and call would not go thru. Shippers measurements: 6x2.6x5.5.5 Actual measurements by company owner when we arrived to pick up item: 8.4x3x6.2.

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Shipment was picked up but then realized they can't bring it to me till a week later because they thought it was a skinny small ladder not what was described and given measurements for as well as a picture showing a fitness piece ??
