A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved I did attempt to make contact with Chris who is the person we were supposed to be picking up from and I have not received a return call. I made another attempt usually 24 hours prior to pick up. I was also never made aware of any time restraints on this shipment. I have also attempted to call the person who booked the shipment and I still have not received a call back but I intend to speak with them before we move forward with cancellation to see if we can resolve this

I no longer need my item(s) shipped Unfortunately the drop off location changed the city and state after booking has been completed and Dylan won’t be going that route. The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time The provider sent an offer to do the shipment and quoted picking up on the 7th or 8th and would drop off by the 8th. I called them got no answer so I text them and they said they’d get back to me shortly w an update but didnt. On the 8th I text again and they said the same and they needed to get more loads going in that direction and never did so we can’t wait and rely on that as it’s a catch 22.
