A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved I did attempt to make contact with Chris who is the person we were supposed to be picking up from and I have not received a return call. I made another attempt usually 24 hours prior to pick up. I was also never made aware of any time restraints on this shipment. I have also attempted to call the person who booked the shipment and I still have not received a call back but I intend to speak with them before we move forward with cancellation to see if we can resolve this
