There was a delay in picking up the item, which wasn't too big of a deal. The real problem was the delivery. I was told they had a mechanical problem that kept them from being able to complete the delivery in the original time frame as promised. Okay, things like this happen, the issue was the amount of time it took to rectify the problem and complete the delivery. I will say they did a good job of communicating, but they would just continue to say they had a problem and are working to fix it. Response from tedsvtfl: So that really deserves a negative feedback! You are kidding, right James. If it even matters to you the problem was a trailer, as to which we rectified the problem by buying a new one because the axles were in need of too much repair. I Still find it amazing how people want to hurt your business when you don't do anything to hurt there's. Well at least the customer receiving seemed happy!? Oh yeah, and the dresser arrived to destination exactly as was picked up.
