I no longer need my item(s) shipped The delivery location has some particularly rigid requirements concerning insurance that I wasn't aware of when I originally posted the job. The fault here is entirely mine. I would use this service provider again.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this service provider Probably the worst experience I've had on uShip. It was one thing after the other with this guy. He must be the most unlikely guy on the planet--or maybe, just maybe, he wasn't being truthful. He was delayed picking up due to issues with deliveries, then delayed because he fell off a loading dock (unable to communicate because he was hurt so bad) and then yesterday confirms he's on his way--2 hours or less. Well, his bad luck strikes again! This time he was detained by Homeland Security at a USM Response from brooklyn2: 1)customer tried to scam on insurance price etc. 2)customer lied about UPS giving free $800 insurance and moving blanket wrap furniture 3)customer lied about accesability with a truck 4)customer was unaware i have multiple employees/trucks 5)customer dissapeared for pickup 6) uship senior reps were aware of my holiday delivery delays. Most uship. 6)I did fall on dock in snow and DHS is on bases near wash dc. Also elevated due to iran attack. Cust is not DOD. Also lied to my employee at pickup
