Very careless handling of vintage item and extremely poor wrapping. Substantially damaged top and leg. Requires extensive repairs. Made no offer of compensation. Will not use again for anything.

Oh my lord. One you paid for Blanket wrap and that's how it was shipped, one mark on the leg is nothing compared to the other damage that was there when I picked up the item, and as for compensation you didn't ask. Your exact words were , we are redoing it any way so no biggie. So thanks for nothing.

Customer canceled after communicating directly – did not feel comfortable moving forward cannot meet service provider payment requirements - cash in advance from a seller is impossible to do. not comfortable with advance payment in any case to someone with no ratings on uship.

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved There was an unexpected additional item that had to be picked up that was not known at the time of listing. There was no way to communicate this to the driver without accepting the bid. Although we attempted to reach an agreement on a new price, it was not possible in this instance. I believe the driver made a good faith effort to do so and would not hesitate to use his services in the future.
