HE ONLY CARES ABOUT HIS CUSTOMERS. HE DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THE TRANSPORTER WHICH DROVE CLOSE TO 3000 MILES WITH NO DAMAGE TO THE ITEMS AND CONSTANT COMMUNICATION. WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND AND STILL GOT NEGATIVE FEEDBACK. TO ALL MY FELLOW USHIP SERVICE PROVIDERS, IF HIS CUSTOMERS WANT YOU TO MOVE HEAVEN AND EARTH, YOU HAVE TO DO IT OR HE WILL LEAVE NEGATIVE FEEBACK Response from Art F.: Retaliatory feedback. According to customer, had a bad attitude, never unwrapped 6 chairs, did not want to put legs on table, but did with customer help - not his assistant who stayed in truck, did not contact as requested to arrange delivery, forgot legs to table at another point and showed up at midnight. Put china top on sideways! WE PAID IN FULL ON PICKUP, had only the items shown, gave all information so there were no surprises for him. Did not ask for anything not in listing.
